What is a membership?
Our memberships are designed to reward our most loyal guests with monthly services, exclusive perks, and built-in savings—while making self-care easy and consistent.
How does the monthly payment work?
Your membership fee is billed automatically each month to the card on file. This allows you to enjoy your benefits without having to think about it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the first three months, you may cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime after your 3-month commitment by contacting The Full Spectrum at (972) 509-1565. Cancellation policies and notice requirements will be reviewed at sign-up.
Can I roll over unused services?
Membership services must be used within the month and do not roll over. This helps ensure consistent scheduling and availability for all members.
Can memberships be shared?
No. Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
Do memberships include gratuity?
Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated for your service provider.
Can I combine membership discounts with other promotions?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise noted.
Who performs my monthly root touch-up?
Your monthly root touch-up will be performed by The Full Spectrum expert color stylists.
What if I need more than a root touch-up?
Additional services such as glosses, foils, treatments, or extensions are not included but are always 10% off for members.
